Planting a "giving tree" is a thoughtful way to preserve the memory of your loved one. The trees planted at 34th Street Community Garden are all fruit bearing trees and will give back to the community for generations. By purchasing a "giving tree" you will be helping to build a beautiful fruit orchard that many people can enjoy for years to come.

Each tree will be selected, planted, and cared for by a Master Gardner and Garden Staff. When you purchase a "giving tree" we will send you a personalized commemorative card with your loved one's name on it and provide a personalized placard for your loved one's tree. 

Each tree is $50.00 and this includes care for the entire life of the tree and a personalized placard for the tree.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trees can also be purchased in the Celebration of a loved one. You can purchase a tree to celebrate events such as birthdays, holidays, graduations, weddings, new births, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Planting trees on someone’s behalf is a great way to honor someone – and since trees provide so many natural benefits, it is a gift that keeps on giving.
